The National Gallery in Trafalgar Square contains some of the finest art in the world. When you visit the National Gallery you will have the opportunity to view Batism of Christ a masterpiece form the 1450's, The Haywain painted in 1821 by John Constable and the Cartoon by Leonardo da Vinci. Among the other artists on view are Botticelli, raphael and bellini. To be able to enjoy the gallery and take in all the art you should allow at least half a day to your visit.
