Climate
London weather has many variable's, but it is a good idea to be
prepared for rain what ever the month. As a rule London's best
weather is during July and August when temperatures can rise as
high as 28C. The worst months for the rain are April, September
and November.
Currency
Britain has not yet moved over to the Euro, the existing currency
is Pound sterling. Denominations are as follows Notes: £50, £20,
£10, £5 Coins: £2, £1, 50p, 20p, 5p, 2p, 1p.
Electricity
The current in the UK is 240 Volts.
Health
Free emergency medical treatment is available to EU citizens, it
is important however to make sure you have all the necessary forms
before you travel.
Opening
Times
Shops, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions are open daily.
Shops as a rule open from 0900 to 1800 Monday to Saturday, many
shops also open between 1000 to 16000 on Sundays. Restaurant and
bars opening times according to the individual establishment.

Visitors
Many
of London locations and attractions have good disabled access
unfortunately transport facilities in London are poor.
